The Affordable Online Coaching (AOC) is where quality online coaching meets affordability. The AOC aims to educate its members in fitness and provide them with all the tools necessary to reach and sustain their fitness goals. Features (depending on your membership type) include hundreds of educational and instructional videos, personalised exercise programs, daily workouts, a Daily Step Count, hundreds of recipes, a meal planner, trainer support, progress tracking, and three-month challenges.

The Affordable Online Coaching is free to download. Our free trial, which begins when you create an account with us, does not expire and does not require a purchase to activate. If you would like to access content and features which are not available on the free trial, you must upgrade to a paid subscription.

Good programs but absolutely ABYSMAL support. I have been waiting four days for a SIMPLE fix to a clerical error I made. This should not take this long.

Absolutely loved the AOC team. The coaches are the best, supportive and really helpful with either diet or exercise advice. But overall the best thing is you immediately feel part of a community.

I've been wrestling with this for a few weeks now, and the nutrition syncing is truly awful and somewhat demotivating. AOC syncs randomly with google fit. The sync button appears to do nothing. Now, al the data (calories) that have synced are gone! Orange dots are there in Log to show it had information, but everything is zero, with no daily calories, no avg calories. Oddly, when I message a coach within the app, a few moments later, it all reappears and then disappears. Getting worse.
