Loved this app until the update this morning. I've used this app for years. Today not only is the app not responding all of the time, it is restarting my phone. If I wake my phone with my fingerprint the phone will restart. It feels like it has something to do with the lock screen setting of the app. Which btw, where is the setting for that? I may be uninstalling if this doesn't get resolved.

Worked fine on my mom and friends phone though. Update: Tried clearing the data 4 times and it still does not work... I followed the email and it's still some weird purple app. Sent pictures to smores support but they can't tell me what is happening. My 3200 points are in my account but don't know how to get back to it, I dont want to lose my points. That purple account isn't even the account I created by accident. It's not attached to any email, it's just there.

Been using this app for several consecutive years, racking up a couple hundred bucks in that time and never once had any issue at all. Now I'm having a ongoing issue that's very frustrating and although I've addressed the issue with customer service, the issue still exists. Basically the app keeps taking my points. they looked into it and awarded me my points back but immediately the points were taken again. Once and if this issue is resolved I will go back to my previous 4 star rating.
