Useless app. Cant register. Just keeps on loading and loadingr. Doesn't connect and another waste of time and rebranding. And the fact that you can't port your old card points from Myclub to this. What a mess. And please don't ask me to check my internet connection. Myclub was working just fine so why change it??? Useless.

You can't sign in with your MAF account, it says account does not exist. Good luck trying to sign up, it does not get past the password page. The NEXT button is always greyed out. And guess what? "You need to migrate your points sir to the new app to continue collecting points", the cashier reminds you everytime you visit their supermarket... Pfffttt seriously??? Make sure to publish a working app before setting deadlines!!!!

Unhappy customer. always looking for excuses to decline the receipts. Instead of putting scanners at the shop, they expect customers to keep the receipts and keep re scanning until there's no excuse left for them to decline the receipt. The points are only valued at 0.25% of transaction(means on 100 AED shopping, you will get 25 fills. Is that worth your time? I leave the decision on U. one of the most confusing loyalty programs wherein some shops only scan/others U need to scan receipt
