After the update, it was difficult for me to register online. because I had to take a photo of myself with my insurance card. whereas currently the insurance we use is a digital card. maybe this feature can be reconsidered so that it doesn't need to be used !

it is easy to make appointment, but sometimes even though the date is available, we can't land an appointment (no appointment time idk why). Information Update between hospital CS and apps seems to be late/laggy. I cancelled my appointment thru the apps in the morning but the CS still called us in the afternoon, told us there were no cancellation information from us until noon which is not true since apps user will get notification right away each time we cancel or made an appointment.

How to login? I've used this app before but need to log in after the app is updated. Been trying several times, but the app asked many questions, like registering for the first time. After submitting it, it said: "the phone number is already used". Of course, it is used, BY ME. And I need to log in, not register as a new member. I can't understand it. Why didn't the app noticed my earlier account?
