Hi. For a month or more the app was no opening. But even before, the app were forcing irritatingly the client to correct every contact number. - The chat never worked. There are a lot of problems that are being ignored by MetLife.

Terrible I really can't understand how a big company like that is capable of producing an app so mediocre like this one. Crashes, if you alternate between apps requires sign in again, it does not offer a login using the device biometric. Does not offer a direct contact or reservation within the clinic, just a phone number and call if you want. XXI Century. Evolve for God's sake.
