WOW Mario
There is no welcome reward, even after making your first purchase. And the prices in app don't always match the in-store prices which are higher. Also their reward program is kind of stingy, it would take like $70 to save up enough points for one pulled pork sandwich. The one good thing I can say about the app is it's design, the UI is very nice.

They require you to submit your personal data before they reveal their overpriced menu. They know their prices are too high and are hiding their shame. Some of their offerings are decent when not overcooked and dried out. Prices are always higher if you "sign-in" rather than if you order as anonymous. The redemption process gives you one minute to show the cashier in the store. It takes a special kind of stupid to create an app this horrible.

The app has not worked since the last several updates for me. Can't find locations, can't order online, can't see my rewards points, can't redeem points. I would eat there more, but the app makes it difficult. They are literally losing money from not fixing these issues that just seem to get worse every time you use it. This has been going on for years, and I have missed out on so many rewards points. The food is great, but the app is so frustrating that I go somewhere else.
