About this app

With the IONOS Mobile App, you will always have an overview of the success of your website and can access your IONOS products at any time while on the move.

The following functions are available in the IONOS Mobile App:

• Use and manage your IONOS products on the go
• Register new domains and manage your existing domains
• Edit your MyWebsite directly in the app
• Check the success of your website with IONOS WebAnalytics (if available in your contract)
• Keep track of your invoices
• Check and update your customer data
• Protect your IONOS account with 2-Step Verification
• Answer all your questions in the extensive IONOS Help Centre.

Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips & tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page you can log in directly to IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

REGISTER & MANAGE YOUR DOMAINS

Do you have an idea for a new project and want to secure your domain? Use the IONOS Domain Check to check the availability of your desired domain name. If you have already registered your domain, you can manage it by logging in to IONOS.

MORE SECURITY THROUGH 2-STEP VERIFICATION

Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. This is how you conveniently and effectively protect your IONOS account against cybercriminals.

Ratings and reviews

The app is nearly useless, it directs you to their web site or it locks up. When it does work it is extremely slow. One would expect a much better app from a web hosting company. When I started with ionos' predecessor years ago it had high quality service at rock bottom prices, now they try to nickel and dime you for extra services that do not work. Stay away from ionos, they have the poorest performance, horrendous service and the least value of any web hosting company.

App doesn't work it only takes you to the website and never will redirect you back to the app. You can try to log in the app all you want and it'll always take you to the website. Just delete this app and use the website. I've had it on my phone for months and it always does this. It's always updated to the most up to date version each time I try too, still no luck. I've been asking for a fix for months and no response, so now I'll leave a 1 star.

Hate it!!! What's the use of downloading the so called IONOS "app" if it's still going to reroute you to their website? It defeats the purpose of an app! And every time I try to use this "link portal", it asks you to login, again and again, and again! I'm going to uninstall it, when they come out with a REAL app, I'll download it, if it's built right! This is completely embarrassing. They can even build it on flutter. C'mon, you can do better IONOS!
