ChatGPT = 10 stars. This Android app = 3 stars. Very buggy. Scrolling often accidentally triggers the left nav to open, which can reset the scroll window. Chats can disappear. Also, copy/paste is more difficult than it should be. This is a case of an app making the underlying service harder to use when it should be making it an easier and more accessible experience than the web app.

When using voice chat, the application insists on being in "call" mode, but provides no way whatsoever to get the application to play voice responses through a external audio source such as a Bluetooth speaker. You can barely hear it in this mode unless you disable your entire Bluetooth stack. These absurd bugs and limitations have been reported to OpenAI for the past year with no action or response from the company. I won't pay for this feature until I can put audio out to any supported device.

I'm starting to get tired of the constant refusal to generate content. After an update the AI very often says "I can't assist with that". But you know what? Despite all my issues with it, this has been a really good tool for my self reflection, and that outweighs my original 2 stars. It's still very annoying that I can't have gpt continue dialog that much anymore since it outright refuses. It would be great to include an uncensored toggle, instead of suddenly deciding I can't swear mid story.
