Absolute waste of time! I've had to restart my photo album twice, due to the app malfunctioning and being incapable of safely storing the work I've done. I've wasted hours on this app and the customer support is poor. That's when you can even get through to them! I won't be using this service again. My advice: go elsewhere for personalised gifts or make your own. What a hassle!

I created 3 photo books. I liked the design options available. I found it a bit frustrating that photos didn't upload in the order I had them saved in the file on my phone. Also when I tried to rearrange the photo's order, it would say saved but did not save when I went into add the photobook to my cart. I had to do one of them 4 or 5 times. Eventually started it from scratch, adding each photo individually!

It is impossible to create and edit a photobook using this app. I've tried 10 times to make a photobook for my son and each time it reverts to a blank book after editing it a few times. Very frustrating. Don't waste your time, try another app. Foolish ordered a photobook in the end as I spent so much time on making it. It has yet to be delivered almost a week on, missing sons birthday. No response to my emails. Rubbish.
