Ratings and reviews

The mobile webpage insisted I can do more with the app but after I installed it, it changed settings on the router without my knowledge. I had separate 5ghz and 2.4ghz networks which it collapsed into one and caused chaos for my devices which lost their 5ghz connection. This was done by it activating the "whole home" management where it applies some default settings. Really unimpressed.

Congratulations Bell on making, what should be a simple enhancement of a service into a frustrating and over-complicated required tool. What was simple and straight forward with your competitor has become the opposite with you. Please just go back to the interface on the modem directly with the ability to make all changes, including wifi, there.

What a scam. I just got Bell internet and thought I'd see what this app is all about. In step 2 of the setup, it asks permission for location to scan for pods. I do note have pods. I don't need it for scan for pods. I now cant use the app unless I give location permission - no thanks. Perfect timing for this as I just got a prompt to let them track literally everything (browsing history included!) so they can tailor ads when opening the regular Bell app not 10 minutes prior. Disgusting.
