The app takes more than five minutes to load each time I open it. That's only if it actually finishes loading. More often than not I get a "technical issue". Then when the app does load, it's rare that I can actually pay my bill with it and takes a very long time to load between each page. For example if I want to see my data usage, it will take five minutes to load or I will receive an error message. Then it will either load a blank page or crash. Bell, you are a successful company. Make a better app that your customers can actually use all the time or don't even bother with the app altogether.
Remember login & password does not work, must be entered each use Login only works 12 hours after it says session expired & you have no internet access. Then you need to clear Data & Cache for app to work. Needs work. Uninstalled and Disabled. Problem solved
This is a terrible app if you have more than one phone bill. You can't switch between them - it just hangs the app. Total pain in the butt. If I want to get the second phone bill I have to log onto the website using my laptop browser instead of the app on my phone. What is the point of the app then?
Look at RBC's banking app. Why can't you guys make something with a more usuable and understandable interface similar? Every time my bill comes I'm immediately sad and disappointed that I have to open this garbage app. A company as big as you bell, should not have a lackluster app like this to represent your company. I'm not really mad, more so just disappointed that your company doesn't actually try to make an app that's not only user friendly, but good looking.
This company is really frustrating one. I would suggest everyone not buy any product from them especially on contract basis. I lost my i phone last month and requested for a new one as i was having full insurance. Its already been more than one month and i am still waiting for my device and along with that they are also charging me the full month fees even though i have not used my device even for a single day. Never buy any contrat device from them. Even this app is also so much frustrating. There are so many bugs in this app.
This app is exactly what you'd expect from bell. It okay, but mostly garbage; when you need it, it doesn't work. I have never been more disappointed by a company, their policies, and (now) even their app. Congrats on that.
