doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

Every few weeks it forgets my device and makes me confirm my login via email, then asks me for a new phone number to connect to the account for a 2FA code. I've given the exact same number every time. Thats for the app, Bell as a company is 0 stars, absolutely awful customer service, and just run you in circles til you give up. Edit: It forgot my device again and logged me out. But now the button to log in as a customer doesn't work. Clearing cache and deleting app data doesn't fix it.

I've been trying to set up my account for weeks, and I can't get the right help. I'm afraid my account will be cut off even though I've been trying to pay. The automated system was awful. it was unable to help me, but didn't send me to someone who could help. if just repeated the same questions. A rep chatted with me, said they were going to send instructions but email, but didn't. now in stuck with a potentially cutting of my phone
