Horrible app: The update on data usage is late by 5-6 days and you just cannot depend on this useless app. Same goes for bell systems - I have been constantly calling them and highlighting my fear of latent and sudden spike in the data usage. They have been saying its NEVER late than 4 hours. Yesterday I had around 500MB and today it shows 2.5 GB. I have just moved to Bell a week ago and I hate it already! My 5 years with Fido had been great but they just didn't have a plan for my needs. Edit: To the nameless support person - all those obvious troubleshooting steps have been already been tried!
So far so good. Has been helpful with things and bill payments. Don't know if I get stuck with something later..but for now the app is ossum. But he's it's services are high priced. I just hope the network and data connectivity keeps up to the price.
Bell is overpriced and awful... but this app is excellent.
Very glitchy, but very useful. I'd like to not use it, but once I get over how glitchy it is, it's super convenient.
It stopped working. Just crashing. I reinstalled but still crashes immediately
really slow, but otherwise seems to work. balances don't update for days at a time.
