Ratings and reviews

This application gets worse with every new update....freezes when switching properties,completing work orders, and even just browsing work orders. To top it all off, it doesn't sync properly when switching properties and shows work orders that have already been completed. Even after refreshing, you still have to log in and out again until it syncs properly. 2 years ago we didn't have this problem. They barely support the android side, but the apple app works fine. Wish my company would switch.

I used this app 2 years ago(sucked back then) stopped working with jobs that used it ,now at a new job, and still years later this app still sucks, restarting it,logs you out all the time,doesnt show the correct number of work orders ,have to delete it and reinstall it to work right multiple times a week. Let's get it together!!fix this please so it can help us not frustrate us !!.

A new version and still the same problems. I have never successfully synced with the app despite trying for months. The steps on the website for troubleshooting involve signing in but it actually has to sync at least once to be able to get to the menus shown in the troubleshooting steps. I have gotten poor performance reviews because I am unable to use this app, so I would appreciate it if you fixed it or just got rid of the app entirely. It does nothing but cause headaches.
