Ratings and reviews

You cannot login into app seamlessly. Login experience is very cumbersome. I tried login for half hour still no luck. Contacted support still not luck. Tried to login on laptop as well nothing happened. It takes me to and fro from Aditya Birla website and app. Support guy is saying KYC verification takes 1 to 13 days. Instead of spending so much on marketing first get your login page fix. make a smoother onboarding experience for user.. Uninstalled! Good Luck! I was curious about your app.

Your recommendation mechanism is getting degraded day by day. There are mutual funds in my profile that are giving 30% return year on year and your recommendation marks then as unhealthy. Either you have an obsolete code which has become very old or your software is not working as expected. Stop sending incorrect recommendations. Also with every update you guys remove one or other important feature

Fetching switch funds is constantly on screen, not moving. We have paid the fee but several features not available yet. Should not have charged customer if the platform was not ready.
