Ratings and reviews

I had to pull out my seven year old phone to read an article because that phone was logged into the app. Meanwhile using my brand new phone I can't log in. The button for existing subscribers to log in doesn't do anything. It isn't obviously greyed out or disabled, it just doesn"t do anything, as if they forgot to build the part of the app that makes the button work.

Easy to use and updates regularly. Really enjoy the interactive articles. Notifications of breaking news is helpful too. Lots of photos, maps and charts. The additional interactive features are great. There are many restaurant reviews for locally owned businesses. They've added a food search tool.

Just switched from paper delivery. Very disappointed. They app layout is bad. Regular features are difficult to find. Some comics are missing and the crossword puzzle is lame. Live updates are not timely. I'll be canceling very soon. Online news apps are very competitive and you have not made a compelling case as to why I should continue reading your paper at all.
