Ratings and reviews

My experience using the app was really smooth and easy to use. I was kept updated from purchase to delivery with an easy link from the app through to the courier website. My only comment would be, that I had originally looked to order on the website under my log in and had filled my basket with a few dresses. I opted to use the app for purchase but the basket didn't immediately copy over to the app and on searching the exact product names that are on the website they didn't appear on the app.

The app is user friendly. The how to wear guides and live sections are good and different from other apps. The only things I don't like are (1) when you want to request to start a return, the app directs you to their website and you have to log in again then submit your return via the website, not the app, and (2) there are no reviews of items and no option to leave reviews

Beautiful clothes displayed exactly as you'd hope to see them. The colours and styles are true to life. SilkFred have so much choice and that makes it harder to choose what you want! The ordering process is easy and the clothes are delivered well packaged and promptly. Definitely an app I'd recommend and one I'll be using regularly.
