The app used to work and no longer does. We used it for our cars here on the lot at Honda. Sirius has went downhill very fast. I even paid for a subscription and they wont allow more than 1 radio id on an acct now. I refuse to pay $600 a year for two radio's. I make sure to tell my customers now that the app no longer works for their free trial and not to bother calling them. I refer back to my experience. If they cant get the simple app to work, I wont recommend them to my clients!

Location requirement doesn 't work well, frequently says can't locate you, even outside in open area. Why location requirement, already required car Id to be in system. App worked much better without location. Since about Summer 2022 app mandatory upgrade results in app claiming I am offline and therefore cannot trial activate Xm. Tried different phone with same results. Xm's loss with its bad app. 11/15/22 Another upgrade, now it works sometimes, need to keep restarting phone to make app work.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Repeatedly this app doesn't work to refresh radios on used vehicles we take in on trade or buy sr should. I'm trying to rep your product, but... You should also GIVE those if us who are on the front lines selling your service daily free service ourselves. It would cost your company Zero $$$'s, but...
