To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Criterion Channel on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Ratings and reviews

This is a very good service for those who are into classic movies. The collection is obviously curated by passionate people and there are a lot of movies that aren't accessible anywhere else. The quality is great, including some 4k remasters for movies that previously never had them, and buffering isn't an issue either. The subscription is pretty cheap at $11 a month and you can download as many movies as you want. Overall this is an amazing service that more companies should model after.

The app works well and keeps a great catalogue of classic or significant films in its roster. Like many video platforms it rotates its selection of available titles but always has something worthwhile to watch. The Criterion Channel like its physical counterpart is an integral resource for anyone who loves film, film history, or just discovering a new artist to appreciate.

I was one of thr first people to sign up for this ervice when it became available and it's one of my most enjoyable recurring subscriptions. It's more than just access to clasdic hollywood and international films, its that they they relase carefully curated collections and interviews with directors and actors. Using the Criterion Channel streaming service really opened my horizons. The app itself rarely has any issues and they're always easily resolved, I have no complaints.
