My dots are 3.5 years old, they won't connect to the app anymore. I've had trouble with them off and on and now no matter how many times I disconnect and reconnect I just can't get them to stay connected. Then if I can get one it won't load the program. Disappointed such and expensive product doesn't last very long. I only use a few times a year when they still connected.

Hands down the best thing I did for my body. I've had severe issues with my neck, shoulder, back, lats, rhomboid since my 20s. I've been to the chiro 40+, acupuncture 15x, regular TENS and theragun for years during covid. Since I discovered powerdot, I have used it 2,600 times since Nov 2023 all over. Excessive I know. But I can't list out all the good things that happened to my body, but I feel like I'm 16 again. My body physically has no more stress throughout the day and it feels amazing.

About 1/4 of the times I try to use them, the dots connect flawlessly to the app and run a program without issue. The rest of the time I have restart the app, and/or the dots, numerous times in order to get started and then again at some point during the programs. It's incredibly frustrating for something this expensive. When it does work, it works very well to reduce soreness or to provide a nice warm up.

Dear Taylor,
Apologies for your issues, but it seems they are related to the Bluetooth stack issues on your phone. We always advice to restart the app and bounce Bluetooth between periods of inactivity and only turn on dots after the app is started.
