It will teach you how to tap but is full of bugs/issues. The biggest issues are: Stuff frequently hangs off the screen, partly unreadable. Exercises disapear from the main menu (especially "Numbers"). Love the Tap-Strap, hate the apps. They will teach you but be prepared for lots of frustration and confusion.

Its great when it works. The most annoying thing about this app is how poorly it connects to the tap strap. You would think that should be the most important thing about the app. However, I spend a significant amount of time disconnecting and reconnecting the tap, praying that this time, it works in TapGenius. I have no issues with other apps.

The app has the capacity to tell you which fingers you are activating, but doesn't during practice. So while you might be tapping the correct combination for the letter, the app isn't registering all of the fingers you tried to tap, but it doesn't tell you what fingers it did register. So you have to guess at what is wrong and try several compensations before something works or you time out. Infuriating. The number of time I have tapped "space" but it doesn't register. I still don't know why.
