Good products.....prices are lesser when compared to other online apps....of similar products.....Also the logistic partners of this platform are not good..... Products don't reach on time or delivery is never attempted...but claims of delivery attempted several times....very poor logistics.... kindly look into this....

I was regular customer of momsco. But now I am very upset. They are not properly sending items mentioned. If you are raising complaints they are not acknowledging it, neither doing exchange nor refund. I have cancelled one order also before shipping, refund is taking more time, still not refunded. When you are buying something the full n final amount shown in app is different and when you go to pay in UPI it is different. They are looting now.i am very upset. I am under 500 loss now

Before this application was good but now It has become worst. Neither we can call or chat with any customer care. My order has not been delivered till now. It should had been delivered on 24th july but no response from anyone. Very disappointed from Moms co. A red flag ❌ to this app. Do not buy anything.
