My videos have not worked it 2 weeks or more. I've emailed with photos of the error message and left VM with the company 2x no response. Can I please get someone to help me with troubleshooting! I have done the following: Cashe has been cleared, wifi has been turned off, ad blocker off, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the app and phone are updated and restarted. Thank you!

This app sucks. It doesn't sync to anything other than MyFitnessPal and some other obscure apps. You can't manually enter steps or exercise despite that fact. Can't adjust portion sizes or enter more than one of something in meal tracking. The feature of the application that allows you to submit feedback requires a login but also never recognizes your login.

I use this app in 2 capacities, as a client and as a coach. It's easy to read and find information. My only wishes for the app is to be able to be in it as a coach and client as i need to be logged in as one or the other it causes me to miss messages from my coach because i am logged in to coach people, and to have it not auto log me out at times.
