I have tried to buy this app, but it keeps taking me in circles. It will indicate that I have done the purchase, but when I go to use it, it acts like still need to purchase. I am not able to find a support number or email. As a retired engineer who has installed lots of software and apps I'm not a complete dummy:-). Is there some way to get out of this loop?

For over a year I would look at this app since it seemed good. I thought $60 was too much for an app that probably wouldn't be as great as it sounded. Finally, I just did. Hands down one of the best decision ever. I love how the app not only detects the pitch and rhythm but also shows how consistent your pressure is. Lots of great tutorials and just about everything a violin student needs. They also have teachers available for private instruction. That is an add-on and they offer packages.

This app is great for those who want to learn the basics of handling a violin from tuning to posture. However when it comes to actually playing the music, unless your microphone was crafted with the lightning of Zeus himself, Don't expect to get too high of a score because even if you're playing open notes constantly, the app can decide all of a sudden that it's out of tune or think that it's the wrong note and it's frustrating.
