I'm unable to login using a different device that doesn't contain my registered phone number. THIS APP VERSION WON'T ALLOW ONE TO INPUT THE OTP RECEIVED FROM THE OTHER PHONE THAT HAS THE REGISTERED PHONE NUMBER. It seems it was built or designed to automatically detect OTP. I have been waiting for an update that will correct, yet nothing. Please fix it. Otherwise, it's a useless app for me.

Hi, please note that the device hosting your mobile app must have the associated OTP SIM card inserted for OTP auto-fill feature and authentication purposes. Too slow to open, takes almost 5 minutes. Please fix this this. Overall functionality remains good hence 3 stars. I have cleared data and cache as advised and it seems it's worse. I am downgrading to a 2. Please toss this app and go back to the old version. I am downgrading to 1 star today 7/7/24. Changed to a new phone on June 27th and since then haven't been able to log into the app. Meanwhile I am getting charged for all the OTPs I am receiving for ₦120/SMS.

Hi, the inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted. Try to clear the app data and cache and make sure that the device is connected to a strong internet. Good interface and was working fine initially until lately. If I want to make a transfer, after keying in the bank account details and my pin, next message I will see is that the acct no and name do not match. This I have tried severally with different acct and some of the acct I have made a transfer to before using the same app. I just don't understand and it's frustrating. Until that is fixed, I give 2 stars.
