To get started

If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation

If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

I rarely write reviews on apps, but this one is an exception. This version of the UBA app has been crashing for almost 3 weeks now on my phone. When you open the app, it crashes saying an error occurred. You have to Uninstall it then install it again, before logging in. An even when you log in, after few minutes it crashes saying your device has been deactivated. You would need to login back with your information. It does this repeatedly.

Been having serious problems with this app and not enjoying it since after the upgrade from the previous app. It keeps logging out and does not allow one to input log in details unless one restarts the phone. Even at that, one will start inputting one's details all over again. Very point app upgrade and service delivery via the app. Not the best yet!

The inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted. Try to clear the app data and cache and make sure that the device is connected to a strong internet. I've been using this app for a while now and I've had a great experience. I would have rated it 5 or 4 stars, at worst. However, I forgot my password and the forgotten password feature is not working. When I try to create a new password, I receive an error message, but I still receive the verification code by SMS. After clicking on send otp it says an error has occurred. This has been going on for weeks now. It really needs to be solved, I send an email that email address and no response
