Don't try to change or get a refund on your ticket.... It Won't happen. (They did offer a voucher... I think however nothing I have recieved yet Seemed like hours on phone with "customer service" with them issuing me approximately $10 refund, my total was between $700 and $800. They were very difficult to understand and follow after multiple times on hold while "she checked on something" (it was a Very trying experience and I am a pretty patient person in general). Very Poor Customer Service....

Unreliable customer service. Asked to change the departure date but couldn't get a clear answer. Requested cost and procedure details, but they didn't guide me through the process. Had to follow up repeatedly, over eight times, and waited over a week for a response. Finally got a call only after the passenger bought a new ticket and reached the destination.

I booked a flight yesterday, and the app has been has been informing to wait for a ticket. I was informed that a confirmation for the flight has been established, but I must wait for a ticket. Money was withdrawn from my account. This morning, I received an email informing that my credit card declined the payment. Yet money has been withdrawn from my visa card. Something is off with this company.
