Very disappointed with the Flight Network booking app. I tried to cancel my flight, but the process is extremely confusing and they make it almost impossible to cancel. The options are very tricky and unclear, and it feels like they are intentionally making it difficult for customers. Customer support is not helpful either. This experience feels very unfair and misleading. I would not recommend using this app to anyone. Please improve your cancellation process and be more transparent with custom

3rd class application, zero support after booking, we get stuck because of this idiots who didn't delivered the e tickets to us, because the reference id they provided doesn't exist in airline and zero total zero support from customer care as no one is there to reply you or attend your call.....this kind of operators should be banned and legal action to be taken against this. never recommend anyone.

they charged me 5000inr, saying if flight is delayed they will return my money. I have called them informing them that the flight was delayed by 90 Minutes, asking them to refund my additional amount, the support team was asking me to contact the the airline. I am not for what reason then Flightnetwork is charging extra 5000. The support I have received from Flightnetwork is pathetic. I won't never use it or would recommend anyone to use it.
