Very disappointed with FlightNetwork. I noticed a name error on my booking within a few hours and immediately contacted customer service. I was told to pay SGD56 for the correction. What is frustrating is that I had not received any ticket confirmation before contacting support. Only after requesting the correction was I told that the ticket had already been issued and the fee applied. The process lacked transparency and felt misleading. I would not recommend FlightNetwork.

Absolute horror show! Do not book anything through them! Nothing flexi about their flexi tickets. Overcharged and no customer service at all.

I bought a ticket through your app and also canceled it there. It has been more than three weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I contact support, I’m told you are waiting for the airline. I do not understand why I should be stuck between your company and the airline when I used your app for both booking and cancellation. This is very disappointing, and I will not use your service again or recommend it to others.
