Scam! Scam! Scam! I bought a flexible-date ticket. It said “fees free, only fare difference.” 26 hours before departure, I followed their inconvenient instructions and chatted with them for 20 minutes to confirm the changes. I then waited 17 hours for an email and received it only at 2 a.m. They demanded fees amounting to 130% of the price of a brand-new ticket for the needed date. Scam!

I booked my flight through Flight Network and was denied boarding because of a transit visa requirement that Flight Network never disclosed during booking or on the e-ticket. When I needed help, their support provided no resolution, no guidance, and stopped responding to my follow-ups. This has caused me significant financial loss and stress. Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend Flight Network to anyone.

Their customer service lied to me. The airline changed their schedule so my connection was no longer valid. A flightnetwork representative assured me I was due a refund and that it would be issued. Months later and it hasn't been issued, and they're telling my credit card company that I wasn't ever due a refund. Stay away from these crooks.
