The app is incredibly buggy, requires multiple restarts just to make some crucial buttons work, and also it doesn't load any changes you make to your reservation from the airline website, so if you make any updates, you end up with completely contradictory information. SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE Worst company with worst services ever. I booked flights tickets with them for March 27 and April 6th. It's been a month since I requested for flights cancellation, it's Mar 25th today and until now my tickets are not cancelled - I don't understand how difficult is that to cancel tickets. Easy to book a flight, However it is a nightmare if u have Any issues!!! I bought two ticket with flight network of Brussel Airline which costs £1304.6!! My flight got CANCELLED by the AIRLINE in less than 12 hours before my departure! I have contacted the flight network and was informed that I am eligible for full refund. I have requested a full refund! initially I was told the refund could take 5 working days, then was informed 10-15 days, I am still waiting it has been a month!!!
