As the market leader, fitbase offers online prevention courses in the areas of exercise, nutrition and relaxation. From healthy weight loss to a classic online back school, a mouse arm prevention course to the popular Hatha yoga course, you can choose from a variety of different courses. These are easy to implement, fun and adapt to your needs anytime, anywhere.
Your health insurance pays!
Our prevention courses are certified according to § 20 SGB V. After successful participation, you may receive bonus points from your statutory health insurance and in any case a subsidy of 80 to 100% percent.

• Test your current state of health with a questionnaire!

• Select your suitable online prevention course in the fitbase course overview (https://fitbase.de/kursuebersicht/) and register quickly and easily.
• Start your online prevention course and download the fitbase courses app!
• After successful participation, you will receive your confirmation of participation and can submit it to your health insurance company for reimbursement.
