So far so good. All of the other reviews made me leery about paying for the app. So I just tried the free portion at first. So far so good. Everything is working properly and it's pretty cool. The tracker is actually a real time tracker and tells me if he is walking, driving and miles per hour. Also tells me his battery life. This app is basically unusable. Codes it gives to set up your child's phone, won't work. When you try to get help, it takes forever to actually chat with a person, and they give no help whatsoever. They told me to restart the app to get another code, but it doesn't work the way they showed to restart it, so, you can't restart it. I paid for a year's subscription, tried to cancel due to the app being unusable, and there are no refunds! I just paid the subscription a week ago!

I've dropped my score due to it not keeping up with the updates of the tracking. I pay every month and am not getting the service I pay for, so I'm thinking of deleting my account and finding a better one. Last time, it updated where my son was it was 9 days ago, and I've tried everything, and nothing works.
