Ratings and reviews

Any other time I would have given 5⭐ because I've *never* encountered an error in the many years I've been using this app. Whatever change was done must've created a major bug in the newest upload because it now won't let you enter 'Second Chance' nor take part in the Big Spin' for non-winning tickets ! It keeps showing a "login information or password is incorrect" pop-up. Please fix!

Most of the time when I want to check, "My Submissions" from my CA Loterry app, it will tell me the their is a error in the system. I dont care for it,h but after so many times of having to click on, "My Submissions" second time it becomes annoying and irritable. But beside that, I love that app, and how it keeps me up-to-date with all the new scratcher that come out!

The lack of ability to scan tickets to tell you if they are winners and the amounts won is the biggest thing lacking from this app. I (and many others) suggested that feature be added when the app was still in development, through the Lottery Insiders focus group, but the idea never made it into the app. I like using it otherwise, but cannot give it a five star rating because of that glaring oversight. Update; Those features have been added and work well!
