It's NFC service keeps lagging despite changing my phone ... And just recently it's always giving me error 501: card doesn't have meter reading ... And no matter how many times I insert it ... It's still showing and I can't charge my bill now

AVOID - I paid 1100 to recharge the card. I put on the meter and I see the same old balance. Customer service isn't helpful. They asked me to try to solve it with the electricity company. They told me the refund is not an option. One of the solutions she proposed is to clean the chip with a cloth 😅 the nfc is actually embedded inside the card. As soon as I come to a resolution, I will delete the app and will ask my friends who I recommended the app to to delete it.

Electricity card always give error when using on android, same card is working fine on ios. Please fix. Error 2002
