About this app

Cellmate is an integrated order inventory management solution including order collection, CS integrated work and history management, and efficient logistics functions. Some of Cellmate's functions can be performed easily and quickly through the APP.

Register barcode location: Scan location barcode → Scan product barcode
Location barcode product search: Scan location barcode
Shipping and delivery: Scan barcode of issued invoice → Scan product barcode
Inventory search: scan product barcode
Stocking/shipping: Scan product barcode → Stocking/shipping according to the scanned quantity
Product subscription: scan product barcode
Find a product: Product search → RFID scan (*Available only when using RFID)
*It provides a scanning function using a mobile camera even without a Bluetooth barcode scanner, so it can be easily used anywhere.

1. Automatic linking of orders
Cellmate automatically collects and ships orders from various vendors, and automatically transmits delivery information to each vendor.
2. One-click invoice printing
Automatically classifies orders that can and cannot be delivered and allows one-click invoice printing.
3. Easy supplier (purchase) order book creation
Based on order-collected data, the quantity required to be ordered is calculated, and order information required for each supplier is provided quickly and easily.
4. CS integrated work and history management
- You can check the delivery status of orders scattered across multiple vendors at once through Cellmate, and you can flexibly respond to CS situations such as cancellation, change, exchange, and return before delivery.
- You can increase customer satisfaction by specifying automatic message sending templates for various situations or sending messages quickly and easily.
5. Automatic barcode generation and output
- When a product is registered in Cellmate, a barcode number is immediately assigned. It is also possible to print a barcode containing your shopping mall logo, product name, option name, etc.
