I am a developer, I can help revamp this app, its responsiveness speed is very slow. There's a lot to work on in this app, people have pointed out different challenges they're facing on the app already, everything can be fixed within a short period of time. Glo is a very good network. You need to work on the glitches so everyone can enjoy and leave a nice review on it. You guys are making it hard to recharge or buy data from the app. I and most people around me are tempted to delete it because it's almost useless. We have to find other people who have functioning cards and numbers connected to their accounts to be able to buy data. It's a hassle and socially uncomfortable sometimes. If you could find a way for us to connect our accounts without the card number and confirmation, I think it'll be easier. Thank you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Honestly, if there was a rating less than 1 star, I'd have made do with that. This app is the absolute worst. I keep making transactions that don't go through, yet I keep getting debited. I've reported countless times, and I meet the same unflinching response. Where all that money goes, I have no idea. It almost feels like I'm being robbed. The app is as bad as the network itself. You guys need to seriously look into your brand and do better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
