Too much fine print for my liking. For instance, the student ticket says you just need a valid student ID. If you go to the website, it defines student IDs as applying to some gaudyapps and going through a convoluted process to get an SL logo on a digital card. They could make it more secure so folks don't by the student card by mistake, such as adding more details,or just having their own student service. Then again the likely answer is they profit from the difficulty, means more surcharges.

The UL app shows completely useless connections with strange changes between busses, that take twice as long as the one and only simple connection with only one bus or train. Furthermore it doesn't show a lot of connections in the app at all, even though they do exist in actuality. Useless app and useless customer service that is blaming the customer for doing wrong when their information from different places is always contradicting each other. How I can I be sure which information to trust?

Rarely need it. When I actually do it can take up to 20min to but a ticket due to errors, account removed, faulty server connection. Waiting for the bus now, i only know when it leaves because I was paranoid enough to screenshot yesterday. Today it is impossible both for me and my friend to find trips. "Oops, something went wrong". Also takes months to reply when being asked for money back when you are let off 10km away from your station and have to walk til midnight. Extremely bad experience.
