One of the very best apps on Android, and a perfect reading companion. And it's Free and Open Source! Such a great way to track my personal reading progress and collect private notes and reviews in one place, with easy backup. Plus it gives a great excuse to contribute (separately) to Open Library!

I've tried many apps to track readings, but this one is by far the best. I really like the minimal and sober design, and the fact that you don't need to register to start using it. It may take a bit of a learning curve, but if you are searching for a Goodreads alternative, while being concern about privacy, Openreads might be the app for you :)

Very cool, simple and sleek interface. What I would like to see are recommendations but that is only a minor thing. Edit: Also maybe autocompletion for tags that have already been used in other books would be nice. But otherwise 5/5! Edit 2: Sometimes books aren't on OpenLibrary which makes books adding time consuming.

Hi Julien, thanks for the review! The tags auto completion is coming in 2.0.0 version this year! Join our community (link in settings) to be up to date.
And for the missing books I might add an option to add them to Open Library from the app but that's for the future.
