Not sure what is happening. Confirmation email when trying to set up account never comes. Trying to install on a PC, the installer throws an error stating the issue is on OneSpace side. Datavault 7 was much smoother experience. 06/26/23 Update. Still no emails..setup new user names, different emails. Nothing sent and no response from OneSpace. Until working please refund my money.

Email for support does not work. Paid and registration never came through so I waisted my money. App will not work now. If I close it it claims my email will no longer be valid to re-register. Poor app do not buy. With the help.of Onespace I eas able to get the app up and running. Issue with emails during the time I registered. Thanks for your followup on my issue and helping me resolve this complaint. The link to your support brings up the wrong email address. Please fix this.

I purchased Onespace spectrum July 1. I spent hours trying to get it to work, unsuccessfully. Overall, the software didn't work. I contacted support, and they were unable to resolve the issue and let me know the development team was working on it since it's new. They did, however, refund my purchase and communicate with me.
