Ratings and reviews

I've used top cash back for many years, with no problems. But in the past few months, purchases have not been tracking, meaning I've missed out on a lot of my purchases. I've contacted them several times and done everything suggested, and still, my purchases aren't tracking. I think I may have to try a different cash back company, which is upsetting because, as stated, I've used it for many years. I don't know what's changed, but it's certainly has affected my use of the app and website.

This is a really good app, let down but a couple of minor quirks. 1. The pending amount on the app doesnt tally with the amount on the website and hasnt for a month or so. 2. It should force a totals refresh whenever you open the app. Currently i have to navigate up to home then back into earnings for this to happen. TopCashback is great though and really helps cashflow. I just wish some sites didnt take 4 months to pay out.

I've lost count of the number of transactions that have not tracked, been declined or just thrown out....... Update....... have done everything as advised below, and now have 6 outstanding cashback. 3 registered and 3 more to register later this week. Absolutely useless!!!. Despite numerous attempts, even removing the app and downloading it again, still having to contact customer service. So many untracked transactions.
