About this app

Train your pool game with structured drills, lessons, and powerful training tools.
Please note: WPB is a training app for real pool and billiards. It’s built for players practicing on a physical table—not a casual phone game.

From World of Pool and Billiards (WPB), this app turns your table time into a structured training program with drills, lessons, tools, and tracking.

THE DRILL ENCYCLOPEDIA
Stop hitting balls aimlessly and start running focused practice sessions.
• 200+ structured drills for aiming, fundamentals, cue-ball control, position play, safeties, and more
• Browse drills by difficulty and skill category
• Track your scores and see your progress over time
• Use timers and weekly leaderboards to stay accountable
• Create and share your own custom drills

AIMING CALCULATOR | GHOST-BALL AIMING VISUALIZER
Struggling with cut shots and contact points? Use the aiming calculator to visualize the ghost ball and learn how to aim any cut shot on the table.
• Drag and drop the cue ball and object ball to recreate any shot in seconds
• Select a pocket and instantly see the ghost-ball position and contact point
• See estimated cue-ball paths for stun, rolling top spin, and draw
• Get an instant answer at the table whenever you’re unsure how to aim a shot

BREAK SPEED CALCULATOR
Don’t guess—measure.
• Quickly time your break and see your break speed in seconds
• Compare breaks with friends and see who’s really bringing the heat
• Test different cues and techniques to find your most powerful controlled break
A harder break is only an advantage if you can control it—this tool helps you understand and refine both power and consistency.

COMPLETE POOL COURSE
Instead of random tips and clips, follow a clear curriculum.
• Fundamentals: stance, grip, bridge, and shot routine
• Shot Making: aim, cue-ball control, using side spin, and position play
• Advanced Techniques: kicking systems and bank shots
• Lessons link directly to drills so you know exactly what to practice next
Your place in the course is saved, so you always know what to work on when you walk into the pool hall.

TABLE LAYOUT CREATOR AND TRAINING TOOLS
Design, save, and share situations you want to study.
• Drag and drop balls to recreate missed shots and tricky layouts
• Build your own custom drills and annotate them with text and shapes
• Use the shot clock, simple tournament manager, and quick links to official rule books

COMMUNITY FOR SERIOUS POOL PLAYERS
Connect with players who are actively working to improve their game.
• Share layouts, drills, and participate in discussions
• Compete on weekly leaderboards, share personal bests, and earn badges for performance milestones
It’s a focused space built around training and getting better at pool—not just another social feed.

WHO WPB IS FOR
• League players (APA, BCA, and local leagues) looking to move up a skill level
• Fargo-rated players who want to raise their rating
• Tournament and money-game players who want structured practice
• Coaches and room owners who want ready-made drills and layouts for students
If you’re willing to put in the work, WPB gives you a framework to follow.

I don't know my Fargo Rating. I've played 8 Ball & 9 ball, back spin, left spin, right spin, forward spin occasionally, & watch learned from YouTube videos that go a bit more in depth about how to use the jump shot & I've experienced it in an app that let's you use the jump shot in ultimate pool but the mini clips pool doesn't allow you to experience jump shots only spin shot. I've watched YouTube videos about how to play snooker & 15 straight ball but haven't played. 😮 you don't've jump lesson.

The jump shot lesson is in the works. I anticipate it will be released in the next month.

Ads are a pain, but this app is so far ahead of other apps, it's well worth the monthly or yearly sub price. This is almost a full All-in-One Billiards app. I noticed a couple things I would change for the better user who needs to show this on a TV screen like tournament brackets, but all in all, this app is seriously an amazing billiards app. 5 stars for sure.

Upon initial download I thought it was great. Then the next time I opened it all table images of the drills and trick shots was gone. Either the app is buggy or they want me to pay a subscription fee for it. Which is ridiculous when it is user created content.

Sorry for the trouble and I appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. All content in the app is accessible for free with ads, or the ads can be removed with a subscription. The images likely didn't load due to a network connection issue as they currently require a working internet connection, or it may have been my back end provider.

What's new

Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that caused the app to crash if network connectivity was unstable.
