In this application it is divided into 5 parts with 5 menus available in the main menu.
Users simply choose the button that is available. These 5 buttons are body weight, weighted, cable, ball, machine.
The form of bodyweight training consists of 55 exercises.
The form of weighted training consists of 20 exercises.
The form of exercising with a cable consists of 14 exercises.
The form of exercising with the ball consists of 11 exercises.
The form of exercising with a machine consists of 4 exercises.
