It's definitely not a good one. I have done many surveys app and have never ran into the issues I have woth this app. They DO NOT PAYOUT fast! It takes upto 48 hours to get a gift card because they do not let you use your PayPal. It took so long to get that 12.50 before I could washout and now I'm stuck waiting on a gift card. get real! Once I receive the payout if I ever do I will definitely be deleting this app. Highly disappointed.

The customer service for this app is NON-EXISTENT. All I ever get is a bot that can't answer my questions or help with any issues. I've emailed MultiPolls multiple times and never received a response. Many times I complete surveys, but don’t get paid at the end. There’s no way to get in touch with real support. Extremely frustrating.

To begin with 4 stars. I've taken surveys with them for a very short time, so far so good. The payments are on par with other sites, they've been easy to complete and I've only suffered a few rejections. I reached the $12.50 cash out and submitted it & less than 15 minutes later it was on my PayPal. Even though it can take up to 48 hours. The payout threshold is higher than some others but it'll be worth it to me if it works like this consistently. Definitely worth a try for the surveys.
