This app supports the FernUni certificate course. The first chapter is freely available for previewing. For the full content, a booking through the CeW (Centre for Learning and Development) of the FernUniversität in Hagen is required.
Project management is a goal-oriented management concept for the preparation, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of projects. In addition to project planning and project controlling as sub-functions of project management, this also includes employee management and the documentation of the process and project results.
This basic course teaches the key success factors for professional project management, regardless of industry, and presents practical tools and methods. A wealth of checklists, forms, and other templates are provided for your own project work.
The target groups for this course program are anyone who works project-oriented in their daily work or who wants to strengthen their skills as a project manager, as well as students of all disciplines who want to gain a basic understanding of project management.
The written exam can be taken online or at a FernUniversität Hagen campus location of your choice. Upon passing the exam, you will receive a university certificate. Students can also have earned ECTS credits certified for a Certificate of Basic Studies.
