This is the most reliable, fast,easy and hundred percent secure cash transfer app i have ever used in my life.

Beyond all the frustration and inconvenience caused by the slovenliness of the customer service, I rate this with three stars just for the few previous successful transactions. it's been over three days now that I tried in vain to transfer some money to one of my mobile wallets. After many hours waiting, I had to cancel the transaction but only yesterday, I got notified that my cancellation request was authorised but up to date the money isn't refunded. The worst, no response to my emails or sms

Sending money through this app has become a big problem. I've been trying to send money to Ghana 🇬🇭 from Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 for the past few months, and it doesn't go through. The crazy part is that when you do the Transfer, it Fails but they deduct the money from your Account. And you will call and call sometimes for many days, before they refund it to your Account. I've asked them severally why payments are not going through and why it takes so long to refund your money...but no good answer.
