Ratings and reviews

When I made my first purchase through the app, I began watching for the rewards to hit my account. The FAQs say that it could take 30-90 days, depending on the return policies of the merchant. After 62 days, midway through that time, I contacted them to ask...only to be told that after 60 days I'm SOL. Based on the fact that the "30-90 days" seems to be deliberately misleading, I have no confidence that this app is not a scam.

After using BeFrugal for years I made the decision to discontinue using them. I would routinely not get the full percentages offered on my Cash back purchases. The Cash back percentage offers would fluctuate widely and you can keep checking in order to get the highest percent. The problem is they won't end up giving that high one if it goes back down to a lower percent! I'm through being short changed by them.

oh. This is an app I check every day! Great sales, coupons, and you can earn $ back easily. Just make sure it's active on your browser if you don't use the links to the featured stores to earn. It is glitchy sometimes when in a store (not sure if it is Be Frugal, the store, or a mixture) and I wish while looking through Today's Top Deals that you could pick up where you left off, instead of having to scroll through the whole list againx.
