New Kicker I like this app..its cool. I am just missing a lot of points with scanning products because it can not pin point my location. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and I have tried reinstalling the app several times..making sure my gps,wifi,location and etc is on. I contacted customer service and they were helpful but it is still not working. Its a bummer missing out on all the points because the scanner i can scan. Anyone got some advice???
Not working Im using a S7 Edge worked great at first but now I can't scan anything. It says it doesn't recognize my location and for me to return to the front of the store. I missed a lot of points during Black friday because it refused to work. Now I can't even log into my account.
What Happened Shopkick? .↓ UPDATE AFTER my original post, shopkick fixed bugs and worked flawlessly. However, black Friday seemed to kill it,AGAIN! When I try to scan or enter stores for points it tells me that it can't find me. So I leave and re-enter store but to no avail. I've tried reinstalling app but that doesn't work either. I've tried multiple stores too! At the height of holiday shopping I'm losing massive earning possibilities. BA-HUMBUG SHOPKICK.
Shopkick I love it. I hate it when the app doesn't give me my kicks when i fo walk into a store or scan items. Sometimes it will tell me that the limit of a walk in has been reach when I havent walked into the store yet (of that day). Other than I love it!
Lady Simons I tried the app. I got points 4 walking through the doors of Walmart.(Good) Then I purchased an item. Took a picture of the receipt, as advised, to qualify for my points. It took a few turns 2 get the app to accept the snap shot of the receipt. After more than 3 tries, I believe, the app would not accept the snap shot of the receipt to validate my points. I got frustated & stopped trying. Not happy w/app's performance. Maybe I did something wrong. Will give it another try, b/4 uninstalling.
Location pin point issue When told that their app does not properly locate it was told it was my hardware. The staff basically blames everything but the app. Until the fix the issue I will maintain its crap.
