Be careful using this app, you could earn enough points and they just randomly ban you. It is shocking how no one is willing to even review your case or even give you details of what the issue is. There is no second chance and I was literally told by their customer service that it will be their last response to me. Watch your hard earned point go up in smoke. I have been with them since 2009 and this is what you get for preaching how great this is. Review my case!!!
Not liking the new update! I mean do we really need another tab with grocery offers when we already have a "stores" tab with all the items listed to scan under the store name!? This just makes it more confusing for new member who are not use to the app to scan items. Also, do we really need a list tab to add items to our list. Most of the stores offer the same items to scan. The app itself is great. I love getting kicks towards free gift cards of my choice. I love bonus days when I can walk into store and get up to 100 kicks!
Keep getting can't pinpoint your location error . Emailed 3 times and got rude customer service and told it is my phone not the app. Called Verizon and they went through my phone and said it was the app. Lived this app but if I can't scan why waste my storage to have it on my phone. I'm heartbroken.
I do love this app but only when it works which is about 50% of the time and very frustrating. I will have my GPS on and walk into a store but the walk in kicks will not register. I'm not sure if this is a prob only for Android users bc I'll be with friends with iphones and they will get their kicks at the same location. Kind of weird. Don't get it. I've reported the issue multiple times and nothing. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still nothing. I've lost hundreds of kicks by this faulty system alone. Not cool.
Can be difficult. Have to make sure you're connected to the store's wifi. Have to have location on. Have to submit reveipts in 10 days. The day you're in the store is day 1! Shop on the 11th, submit your receipt by the 2oth. Too restrictive!
I am so angry. I had almost 6,000 kicks. I logged into my account yesterday and they are GONE! WHERE ARE MY KICKS THAT I SPENT ALL THAT TIME SCANNING???? Emailing 'customer service' is a joke, they never respond. Weak. ***UPDATE*** Just received an email from customer service and my kicks were recovered. They told me that I apparently had two accounts, although I only recall the one. Bottom line: my kicks are restored. Happy customer. Thank you.
