Ratings and reviews

The app is slow, but it's ok for beginners. I think Kraken is far better, and as soon as I can withdraw my crypto, I'll move on. Oftentimes, I'm waiting for the app to load, I'll put my phone down and use a tablet. Usually, after some time, the app loads. App is like on dial up on back in 1997 soo slow..39,000 tracking attempts from 12 companies with this app, now I know why it's so slow they are busy trying to track you!

Lowering to 1 star - ongoing transaction issues (especially lately) HORRIBLE support - can't, or don't want to do ANYTHING to assist.... Been working just fine for a few months. Today, an issue started popping up all of a sudden. Contacted their support, and it was a joke. The person on the other end clearly had no idea how to address the issue. Kept asking me for the information I already provided. Basically throwing things against the wall and hoping they will stick, j

And they Broke it. My device is NOT rooted, but the app thinks it is. So my investments are just inaccessible now. Yay! Seems like a bit of a scam... Way to go from 5 stars to 0 stars. Take functional and add Broken... A+ y'all 💩 I've reached out 3 times, same questions, same answers, same results. The chat freezes or closes... I'd like my 15Million tokens liquidated back into USD please...
