I think I did a mistake by buying these earpods - Klarity. Sound quality as such is just okay. In the name of NC, the entire audio is kind of mumbled with very minimal sound clarity. Where as if you talk about the app here, its just a demo application i feel. No matter what kind of settings you keep, it dosnt work. Sometyms i feel if i am controlling a DJ set and the output is being given at some other part of the world. Nil change in audio or very negligible. No setting memory.

I bought a mustang torq. 1. But somehow the collectibles are missing. 2. The app is not functioning properly, when clicked on the touch controls nothing happens in the app it's blank. God knows how to set touch controls to this. 3. On initial setup the app is not allowing you to add the device. I need to restart the app this is annoying. so many gaps, and you people promote it saying best under this budget. In this budget there are other brands which will be top notch under 2k.

I bought Boult Klarity and it worked fine for 3 months, but then pairing issues started—the left side stopped working and sound quality dropped. Customer service is terrible; they only send long troubleshooting videos that don’t help. Warranty claim process is a nightmare with endless website loops. Worst experience, I’ll never buy Boult again.
