App forces you to enable notifications with no way to turn them off; this alone is an automatic uninstall, but there are other reasons if you need more. Touch login option is hidden under the phone native navigation bar, with no way to interact wirh it. Password reset doesn't allow you to paste, so if you generate a long, complex password from a pwd manager, good luck! UI/UX is clunky and unintuitive. Uninstalled the app within 5 minutes of opening it. Skip this app if you can.

This is one of the most annoying experiences ever to use. More than half the time the dang thing won't work for a while. Like it can't tell half the time that I am right by the office to let me check in. Even if I do manage to convince it that I am where every other app can pinpoint me to it doesn't let me check in for my allergy shots for reasons I can't fathom until I hit Check In over 20 times. If it wasn't necessary for my Allergist I wouldn't bother with this example of trash coding.

App requires me to turn notifications on to use it. I don't want notifications on ever, but I have to if I want access to the app. So I get to turn it on for 5 minutes, pay my bill, then turn it off. Terrible design.
