Ratings and reviews

This is one of the most annoying experiences ever to use. More than half the time the dang thing won't work for a while. Like it can't tell half the time that I am right by the office to let me check in. Even if I do manage to convince it that I am where every other app can pinpoint me to it doesn't let me check in for my allergy shots for reasons I can't fathom until I hit Check In over 20 times. If it wasn't necessary for my Allergist I wouldn't bother with this example of trash coding.

Constant Crashes. Some updates solve temporarily, but subsequent updates cause crashes to resume. Even after dismissing the crash notification and closing the app, the app continues to notify you it is broken. (Android 12, most recent update 3/5/22) UI challenging in general, it is difficult to find history of allergy shots in my case. Also requires two separate logins - not dual factor, but two login screens.

Can no longer send messages. The "compose message" bar overlaps the drop down to select message type and the field below that, so the app gives me an error message that it's not filled out and can't send.
