My name is Laurie, I scheduled an appt through the quick MD app. No one contacted me for the appt. After sending many email's they replied saying that Alabama requires an in-person visit and wanted me to drive 400 miles with no transportation (hence the reason for using the app). They billed my card $99 and offered to refund or credit $64, charging me $35 for a missed appt. I am in tears from all the frustration. I'm not getting anywhere with emails. Still no confirmation on a refund. HELP

Hi Laurie, thanks for reaching out. Recently we've had to change our policy to an in-person visit for the first appointment in AL. Hopefully in the near future when new telehealth laws go into effect we can have you back. The Support Team will be updating you via email shortly with a full refund. Thank you and sorry for any frustration caused.

Great app, convenient but there are some cons. When I first started using quickmd the providers called on time or very close to it. Lately it seems the docs are calling later and later. There is no number to call for customer service so if you do have a problem you have to submit a form online. And most can't afford to pay for a new appt with a new provider while waiting for the previous to be resolved. Overall I've had good experiences. Only a few left me wondering if the doc would ever call.

It's a horrible app. I have to use it once a month, and I'm forced to update it every time. There seems to be no patient history kept within the app, as I am forced to answer the same 20 questions every time. My last issue is with filing a request for help. The app prompts you with topics, then it sends you to articles. You have to pick the exact combination to actually be able to submit a request. The functionality of the app sucks.

Thank you for your review and bringing this to our attention. What you're referring to is the intake form, usually you can save most of the information. We've brought this up to our IT team, they can fix the issue, we will try to reach out to you via email about this. Sorry about the frustration and hassle! https://www.quick.md/get-in-touch/
