About the game:

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an action-adventure video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch and Wii U video game consoles. The game is a part of The Legend of Zelda series, and follows amnesiac protagonist Link, who awakens from a hundred-year slumber to a mysterious voice that guides him to defeat Calamity Ganon before he can destroy the kingdom of Hyrule.

The title's gameplay and mechanics constitute a departure from the series' usual conventions, featuring an open-world environment, a detailed physics engine, high-definition visuals, and voice acting. Announced in 2013, the game was initially planned for release as a Wii U exclusive in 2015, but was delayed twice prior to its release on March 3, 2017. Breath of the Wild was a launch title for the Switch, as well as the final Nintendo-produced game for the Wii U.

Breath of the Wild received universal acclaim from critics, who deemed it to be one of the greatest video games of all time. Critics praised the game's open-ended, physics-driven gameplay that encourages player experimentation and exploration, with many calling it a landmark title in open-world game design, although minor criticism was directed at the game's technical performance at launch.

Ratings and reviews

Little slow on my phone (I'm assuming bc the app is so large) but excellent method of tracking completion, checking spawn points, getting quick guide links if needed, etc. I loved the Breath Companion but only found it most of the way through the game and it took a while trying to mark all my progress. I enjoy full completion game play and this app saved me a lot of paper. I wish there was a Companion app for every Zelda game, not just the Switch versions. (BotW, TotK, Skyward Sword, etc.)

It's not a cooking game, I don't know why android asked me if it was. It's not. It IS, however, an extremely helpful app for your journey through Zelda BotW. It's free with unobtrusive ads, but 2 bucks will remove them. It also contains other in-app purchases which offer detailed guides to various in-game features. The only downsides are minor things like unfortunately hard to accurately press buttons and minor input delays.

This app is great! The only change that would make this app perfect would be to make the checklists so we can organize them by region. The way the korok seeds are numbered makes absolutely no sense at all. If I could arrange them by region, it would be so much easier! I used this app to complete all 120 shrines. I probably wouldn't have been able to do it without this app!
