Constant popups saying 'Unable To Contact Your Financial Institurion.' All weekend, and when I really needed to activate and deactivate certain cards. What good is having 'card control' app if I cant use it to control my cards? Disappointed with this now. At first it worked, but suddenly, and constantly, this. 4 stars when it worked before (would have been 5 if had better features) but now 0 stars bcause it is totally unaccessible if it cannot contact your financial institution.

The app hardly ever opens and by the time that it does I've moved on to another card. This is my main account, but if I cannot access my funds due to my card not being able to unlock then why have this account. I'm beyond frustrated, please do something about this because as a customer this is unacceptable.
