Edit #2 3/18/26 Still unable to do screenshots of transactions when using the App. Other than that, the App is great. Edit: After the most recent updates, I am no longer able to take a screenshot of any pages I pull up on the App. I contacted support, and they were no help. Said I would just have to go directly to the website and log in there and do screenshots on there. Please fix this issue.

I really like my bank but they really need to fix there card control. It was working fine when I had it set as my max was $150. Now i want to pay more towards other bills so I changed it to $1,000. Now i can't make any purchases. not even $10 from a place I work at so there shouldn't be a surprise i have multiple transactions. I had a teller speak with someone already and they trying to says it's on my end. I Don't think changing my max would cause such problems.

I'm not sure why they changed from the old app. I lost all my notes, and this one only allows notes on a certain transactions, and they are limited to less than 10 characters. Also, it no longer gives me a breakout of principal and interest when I make a loan payment, like the old one did. Overall, way less helpful to me and greatly increases my workload. Please fix it or go back.
